The new UX/UI created a more cohesive, intuitive digital experience for Odyssey Media, bringing greater clarity and consistency to the platform. The redesigned interface strengthened the connection between technology, content, creators, and brand partners while making key experiences easier to discover and navigate. The result was a more refined digital presence that better reflected scale, creativity, and evolving role within the media landscape.

All aspects of this UX were designed with testing and validation in mind. We’ve built an extensive data collection system into the framework of the application that allows us to track every action the user takes within the site and connect it to a specific experience that was provided. This allows us to do multivariate testing and compare every design decision to alternatives. This interface assisted our efforts in raising an additional $25M in funding.
New interface centered around a continuous flow of content, creating a seamless experience that keeps users engaged as they discover, explore, and interact. The intuitive structure minimizes friction, allowing content to unfold naturally, creating a more immersive digital journey.
Combining unsupervised machine learning with human classification and linking, we connected content to create a natural flow of conversation and discovery. Readers could follow topics, explore tangents, and see every voice contributing to the conversation.
Leveraging natural language processing and machine learning across five dimensions of data, we connected related content to surface complementary and opposing perspectives. The experience encouraged users to move beyond a single point of view, discover new ideas, and explore a broader conversation.

Results - The concept shifts dating from a primarily digital experience to a more human, experience-driven one. Demonstrating how thoughtful product design can encourage meaningful connections in the real world.
